About Us

PEREZ CONSULTING ENGINEERS (PCE) was first established in 1991 in McAllen, Texas. In November of 1994, PCE and Freese and Nichols, Inc. of Fort Worth partnered to create Perez/Freese and Nichols, L.L.C. with an office in McAllen, Texas. In January 2001, PCE bought out the interest of Freese & Nichols, Inc. to again become Perez Consulting Engineers with Jorge D. Perez, P.E., R.P.L.S. as president and sole owner.

Jorge D. Perez and Perez Consulting Engineers have been providing civil engineering services throughout the Rio Grande Valley and the South Texas area since 1976 including site planning, site development, water and sanitary sewer design, drainage, flood control and public works engineering for Cities such as McAllen, Edinburg, Roma and Rio Grande City. PCE has in-depth knowledge of the regional characteristics that affect design projects, including geology, hydrology, soil conditions, weather and indigenous habitat.

Perez Consulting Engineers is a Limited Liability Corporation established under the laws of the State of Texas.
