Jorge D. Perez, P.E., R.P.L.S, President and Principal-in-Charge -Mr. Jorge D Perez is a graduate from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He is a Registered Professional Engineer and a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Texas with over 40 years experience working with local, state and federal agencies. Mr. Perez has extensive knowledge and experience in land development, municipal waterworks, transportation, roadway design and drainage planning.
Mr. Perez is a native of South Texas and has in-depth knowledge and understanding of the regional characteristics that affect engineering designs, including its. geology, hydrology, soil conditions, climate and indigenous habitat. He has strong professional relationships with his clients and strives to continue to provide high quality engineering services.

J. David Perez, P.E., Project Manager -Mr. J. David Perez is a graduate from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas and joined the PCE team in March of 2002. Mr. Perez brings extensive experience in site development, municipal wastewater treatment, and roadway design. His experience in aviation projects at the DFW Airport in Dallas and other regional airports have given him vast experience in the aviation field. Mr. Perez has worked on numerous paving, drainage and municipal waterworks projects in the Rio Grande Valley area.

Rene Gonzalez, P.E., MBA, Project Manager -Mr. Rene Gonzalez is a graduate from Texas A&M University in College Station with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and holds an MBA Degree from the University of Texas Pan American. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas and joined Perez Consulting Engineers in March of 2003. Mr. Gonzalez has extensive knowledge of transportation and roadway design. He has been responsible for numerous roadway projects working with Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) funded projects. Mr. Gonzalez. projects include the development of plans, specifications and estimates for drainage, roadways and public utility projects.
