Project Features
This $1.5 million dollar project included the design of sanitary sewer service line and lateral extensions connected to the Bentsen Road Sanitary Sewer Outfall. This project included the construction of parallel service lines line along Bentsen Road and lateral extensions to U.S. Expressway 83 and Taylor Road, a relief lateral along Warrior Avenue to the Nikki Rowe High School, a lateral along F.M. 495 (Pecan Boulevard) East and West, and along the Rado Drain, west to Taylor Road. This project also included the construction of a new gravity line from the new Bentsen Road Main Lift Station, along West Side Park, to the existing Ware Road Lift Station, making possible the abandonment of the Ware Road Lift Station. This project was completed in July of 2007.
