    Project Features

This $350,000 project was for the reconstruction of 31st St. from F.M. 495 (Pecan Avenue) to Quince Avenue from a 14 feet wide “half-street” section to a 40 feet wide urban collector street as part of the development of the North Pecan Campus of the South Texas College. Street improvements were required to provide better student/resident traffic circulation for the new STC Campus. Services included the preparation of Plans, Specifications, utility accommodations, storm sewer extensions to serve adjacent residential areas, engineering field surveying, and roadway design. The construction was completed in May of 2007.
