Bentsen Road Lift Station, Sanitary Sewer & Waterline Imrpovements

This $8 million dollar project included an 8 MGD fourplex Lift Station with control building; 5,100 feet of 18 inch force main; 15,000 feet of 16 inch waterline including appurtenances; 9,195 feet of 30 inch sanitary sewer gravity line ranging from 15’-42’ deep; 3,605 feet of 24” gravity sanitary sewer line; 1,800 feet of 18” gravity sanitary sewer line; and 7,500 feet of 8”- 12” sanitary sewer service line. This project also included all existing utility relocations, ROW acquisitions, TxDOT permitting, deep bores, railroad permit, and traffic control along this rapidly growing residential area. The project was completed under budget in July of 2006.
